Aggressiveness

Ihave always been very aggressive to others to the extent that I canphysically fight. Aggressiveness is not a desirable behavior and assuch, I am looking forward to changing this behavior. As such, I laya foundation of three days of modifying this type of behavior. Ipurpose to enjoy an interpersonal relationship with others andconnect with other people who have healthy relationships with others.

Planto change behavior

  1. I will not disrupt others when I am bored.

  2. I will not show aggressive behavior to others when angry.

  3. I will regulate my reaction to the environment of the classroom.

  4. I will report to the teacher adult when someone annoys.

  5. I will learn to be quiet to avoid arguments.

ShortEvaluation

Iresponded so well to the acknowledgment by using the statements toconnect to the positive actions. I can discuss the incident ofbehavior as soon as I can be able to address the issue. Respect isearned, and as such, I ensure that I treat everyone with respect.
