A negativepersonality results in poor interaction with followers andjeopardizes the process of service delivery. I agree with Primrosethat integrating the suggestions of stakeholders is an effectiveapproach that can help leaders be effective and work well withfollowers. Including the suggestions of other people is among the keyfeatures of a participative style of leadership (Dunbar &Winston, 2015). A participative leader empowers followers andintegrates their opinions when making decisions.
