Thesis:Theprocess of business communication in AT & T, as a corporation, isone of the most efficient in the world because the company managersutilize the newest state of the art technological systems tocommunicate proficiently with their team members.
According to Baker (2001), communication is the backbone of the existence of a corporation. Underlying the publicly declared financial statements of affairs of a company, lies an intricate network of communication systems that underwrite the statements of financial position (p. 18). Therefore, as Barnes (2008) notes, managers have to communicate effectively with their team members, the relevant company goals, targets and strategies on how to accomplish them (p. 112). AT & T, as a corporation, is not different in any fashion. Managers at AT & T do frequently communicate with their team members on the various corporation’s targets, goals and missions (Hawkins & Preston, 2014). This paper’s is focus is on how the managers of AT & T communicate with their team members, all the relevant business objectives, missions and strategies on how to attain them.
