Step2 of Field game invention

Sprints

Itis a game of short races where various participants run at aspecified distance. The first one to get at the finishing point isthe winner.

Marathon

Theparticipants run for a long distance rated in kilometers. It rangesfrom 5 kilometers onwards. The ones running start at a specifiedpoint and use a specified distance root and end at the startingpoint. The first one to get to the starting point is the winner.

Highjump

Theparticipants are expected to jump a specified height without droppingthe mark pin. That way one should ensure that they jump above itwithout touching it. The one who jumps over the highest point withoutdropping the mark pin wins.

Longjump

Theparticipants jump over a distance and it is marked. The one who jumpsthe longest distance wins.

Triplejump

Thegame involves the player hopping, then stepping and finally jumpingover a distance. The starting point is where one begins the hoppingand the player who gets to the furthest distance is the winner.

Hideand seek

Thegame involves one individual closing the eyes while otherparticipants hide at a count of specified seconds. Once the time isover the one who closed the eyes looks for those who hid themselvesand on seeing them they should run to the starting point. The one whogets to the starting point first wins. The looser gets in charge andclose the eyes as others hide.

Relays

Thereare four participants making a team. They are expected to run over ahundred or four hundred meters each. After the specified distance foreach they pass the running sticks to the next runner in the team. Thelast runner who gets to the finishing point gets the team the firstposition.

Eggand spoon race

Therunners are expected to have a spoon and an egg. The participantsshould ensure that they do not drop their eggs and they should onlyhold the spoon tip and the other hand should be free. The one whogets to the finishing line first without breaking the egg is thewinner.

Javelin

Theparticipants are given a heavy spear called javelin and they shouldthrow it from a circle that is the starting point. The one who throwsit the furthest is the winner.

Step3 of Field game invention

TheJump rope

Ichose this game as the best from my list since it is a typicaloutdoor game done by children and adults. The only item required tomake the game successful is a rope and the participants. The gameinvolves jumping over a rope that is swung beneath the legs and overthe head. One participant or more can play the game. It is anoriginal game that makes one work out adequately without exhaustingthe moves. That way, one does not get bored while playing the game. Ichose this game since it is a game that can accommodate all peopledespite the age and size as well as the health condition. Those whocannot jump the rope can participate through recording the scores orswinging the rope. The game makes people to exercise well and stretchthe muscles as well as kipping fit. The heavyweights can play thegame often to cut the weight as it is involving.

Detailsof the game

  1. The game requires a rope and the participants to kick off

  2. The game is done by an individual who swings the rope on their own while in other cases more members are involved. When more members are required, two hold the strings on the end while one or more participants skip the rope in turns or pairs.

  3. A minimum requirement regarding the number of ropes is one. There should be at least one rope of skipping and a maximum of two ropes of skipping. Thus, we have two major divisions of jump rope games depending on the number of ropes. These divisions are single rope jump game and double rope jump game.

  4. The style of jumping involves speed and the moves. There are speedy moves, slow moves and the freestyle moves. In speedy jump rope the participants jump fast, and the rope is swung faster. In slow jump rope, the rope is swung slowly, and the participant jumping can see the rope swinging. Therefore, they jump when the rope is almost getting under the feet. In the freestyle jumping the participants jump using their invented style. They can incorporate the acrobatic moves of their choice. The participant can also use one leg to jump or also sing a song and also do other activities so long as they do not step on the rope.

The personin the middle is skipping the rope as the other two are swinging itup and down. The broken lines show the swing path of the rope
